First Formal Observation Today!!!

Nerves are high!!! Have my first formal observation today.

Teaching!!!

I started officially teaching yesterday. It was great. I learned though that you must be sure to give as explicit directions as possible. Grading last night I realized I may not have been as clear with the first group but I learned as I went through the day and the grades improved and the questions grew less frequent!

I am on my second week of student teaching and all is going well so far. Lots of familiar faces here from my BMS days!!!!

Big Day Tomorrow

Well tomorrow I embark on my great student teaching adventure!!!! Hope the students like me!!

Excited!!

I can't believe that in one week I will finally be student teaching. It feels like it has been so long since I started this journey and I can't believe I have almost reached the end! How exciting!!!!!!

Summer Vacation 2010

This year my family, along with my parents, headed up north again for a week of relaxation and some great fishing at Lake George, NY. I highly recommend a trip here if you have never been. The area is breathtaking and the surrounding Adirondack Mountains are spectacular!!!! The picture at the top of the blog is a view from the dock towards the house we stay in.

Even the lake was sad to see us go.
It was the only day we had clouds like this and a fog hanging over the lake.
